Four of the most common ECI notices we see are entirely avoidable, and all four come from things a campaign assumed somebody else had handled.
Every pamphlet and poster must carry printer and publisher name and address, with a declaration filed to the district magistrate. We lock the imprint block into the artwork template before design starts.
Bulk SMS needs DLT entity, header and template approval — 10 working days. Political content needs MCMC pre-certification once the MCC is live. We start both at onboarding.
Digital ad spend, vehicles and printing are all reportable. We keep a running ledger mapped to the district rate schedule, formatted for the expenditure observer.
Every campaign vehicle needs written RO permission displayed in the vehicle, with loudspeaker time windows that vary by district. Daily compliance check, not a one-time filing.

A full-service campaign firm runs four things: intelligence (surveys, booth analysis, war room), outreach (SMS, voice, WhatsApp, digital), narrative (content, reputation, creative) and ground operations (booth structure, vehicles, printing, polling day). Politics Pilot runs all four from a single war room so decisions are made on one set of numbers.
T-180 for an assembly seat, T-270 for a Lok Sabha seat. Below 90 days you are buying execution, not strategy — there is no time to run a baseline survey, verify booth structure and let a message actually sink in.
We work with one candidate per constituency, across parties, and we decline every other approach for that seat once signed. We do not take on candidates whose campaign requires fake accounts, fabricated stories or under-invoiced expenditure.
Our MLA-tier engagements run ₹45 lakh to ₹1.6 crore in professional fees over 150–180 days, plus pass-through costs like media spend, printing and vehicles billed at actuals. Local body seats start around ₹8 lakh. Every rupee is documented for the ECI expenditure account.
