Political Social Media Management

Political social media in India is a daily manufacturing operation, not a monthly content calendar. The campaigns that win the feed are producing 8–12 assets a day in the local language and killing whatever the numbers say is not working.

Production volume and the daily pack

Our standard constituency pack is 3 short-form videos, 4 graphics, 2 story sets and 1 long-form YouTube piece per day, plus reactive content on whatever happened that morning. Everything in the local language first, English second. A campaign posting three times a week is invisible in an Indian election feed.

02

Paid amplification that respects the rules

Meta and Google both require advertiser verification for political ads in India and publish every rupee in the ad library — your opposition can and will read your spend. We run geo-fenced campaigns down to ward level, with candidate-declared expenditure tracked against the ECI limit from day one, because an unreported digital spend is an easier disqualification than most campaigns realise.

03

YouTube and long-form

YouTube is the most underused channel in Indian constituency campaigns. Twenty-minute interviews with local channels, constituency documentaries, and candidate Q&A in the local dialect keep working long after the paid burst stops — and rank in search when a voter looks the candidate up.

04

Sentiment tracking and course correction

We track comment sentiment, share-of-voice against the opposition, and which message themes are actually being repeated back by voters in their own words. Weekly, that becomes a kill list and a scale list. Themes get dropped fast; nothing runs for four weeks on the strength of somebody's instinct.

FAQ

Political questions, answered directly

Does digital actually move votes in rural seats?

Directly, less than campaigns hope. Indirectly, a great deal — it sets what local media covers and what gets forwarded into WhatsApp groups, which is where rural persuasion happens. Judge digital by forward rate into WhatsApp, not by likes.

Do political ads count towards the expenditure limit?

Yes. All digital advertising for a candidate is reportable election expenditure. We give you a running spend ledger formatted for the returning officer.
