Bulk Voice Calls & IVR

In rural and semi-urban constituencies, a 25-second recording in the candidate's own voice outperforms almost every digital channel we run. It reaches voters who do not read, do not use data, and have never opened your Instagram.

01

Voice blast that people actually finish

The rule is 20–30 seconds. Open with the candidate naming himself and the constituency in the first three seconds, one specific promise in the middle, and a clear ask at the end. Anything longer and drop-off past 15 seconds crosses 60%. We record in-studio, in the local dialect, and A/B test two scripts on 5,000 numbers before committing the full base.

02

IVR polls and press-1 capture

A voice blast becomes intelligence when it ends with a question. "Press 1 if water supply is your biggest issue, press 2 for roads, press 3 for jobs." Response rates of 8–14% on a well-timed IVR poll give you a rolling issue tracker at a fraction of survey cost, and every press-1 is a warm contact for the ground team to follow up.

03

Missed call campaigns and volunteer capture

A missed-call number on every poster and hoarding is the cheapest volunteer and supporter capture mechanism in Indian campaigning. The caller gets an instant callback or WhatsApp confirmation, and lands in the CRM tagged by source poster and location.

04

Timing and answer rates

Answer rates in Indian constituencies peak 11 AM–1 PM and 6 PM–8:30 PM. Calls before 9 AM or after 9 PM annoy voters and violate campaign norms in several states. We schedule to the window, retry unanswered numbers twice with a gap, and report genuine answer and completion rates per segment.

FAQ

Bulk questions, answered directly

Should the candidate record it, or a professional voice artist?

The candidate, always, for the main blast. Voters recognise a hired voice instantly and it reads as inauthentic. Use professional voice only for informational IVR menus and event reminders.

How many times can we call the same voter?

Three touches across a 120-day campaign is the ceiling before irritation outweighs recall. Sequence them: introduction, mid-campaign issue message, and a polling-day turnout reminder.
