Compliance before design
Under Section 127A of the Representation of the People Act, every election pamphlet, poster or handbill must carry the printer's name and address and the publisher's name and address, and the printer must file a declaration with the district magistrate. Missing that line makes the entire print run illegal and every piece a liability. Our artwork template locks the imprint block in before design starts, so it cannot be dropped in a last-minute revision.
The standard campaign print list
Voter slips (one per voter, the single largest run), pamphlets in the local language, wall posters, flex banners and hoardings, booth-day tent and table branding, volunteer badges and caps, candidate manifesto booklets, and door-hanger cards. We plan quantities against the booth map with a 7% wastage buffer rather than the round numbers vendors default to.
Turnaround at campaign speed
Reactive printing wins moments — an opposition claim rebutted on a pamphlet within 24 hours lands far harder than a week later. We hold press slots and pre-approved templates so a new piece goes from brief to 50,000 delivered copies within 36 hours.
Expenditure documentation
Every print job comes with a GST invoice, quantity certificate and rate card mapped to the ECI's district rate schedule, formatted for the expenditure observer. Under-invoiced printing is one of the most commonly flagged items in expenditure scrutiny and we do not participate in it.
